Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Fabian Riedel, MHBA, is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics. For several years, he has served as Managing Senior Consultant at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Hospital Heidelberg, one of the leading centers for women’s health in Germany. In this capacity, he oversees clinical operations and contributes to the strategic development of the department. Additionally, he holds the position of Coordinator for the Gynecological Cancer Center, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and high-quality care for patients.

His clinical expertise lies particularly in the management and treatment of breast cancer and gynecological malignancies, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers. As a researcher, Dr. Riedel is actively involved in clinical trials and translational research, focusing on improving outcomes for oncology patients through personalized therapies and innovative surgical approaches. His contributions have been recognized in numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conferences. Dr. Riedel is also dedicated to academic teaching, mentoring medical students and residents, and fostering the next generation of specialists in gynecologic oncology.
